ENEnergy was established in 2006 as a direct result of a project established in 2005 to find viable renewable energy solutions. The scope of the project was to look at all renewable energy solutions to identify the best ones. All types of renewables were evaluated: solar, wind, waves, Fischer Tropch and many more.

Key Facts

At 15 million hectares, Australia could produce over 11 million barrels of ethanol for the global transport fuels market per day. At today’s prices it would generate a $410 Billion per annum export or import replacement industry.

Rural Communities

The ENEnergy plan is to develop integrated plantation and refinery projects. From a logistical point of view, it is important to keep the distance we transport the “raw” biomass to a minimum. Therefore we will be building our refineries close to the plantation.

This means that we will be developing new enterprises that will create lots of both agricultural & industrial
jobs in rural areas.

Hopefully we will contribute in building healthy and sustainable economies in these areas
